Full Time Stock Associate

The Full-Time Stock Associate oversees the functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipment, merchandise organization and sales floor replenishment. Executes necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present.

Main Tasks:

  • Ensure that all shipments are scanned properly, processed and organized efficiently, and that recalls, damages and transfers are processed correctly.
  • Maintain and inspect stockroom areas.
  • Complete replenishment tasks
  • Maintain merchandise according to company standards and verify completion of all daily scanner tasks as needed.
  • Ensure that each fitting room is clean and free from damage. 
  • Make sure merchandise meets visual standards and guidelines.
  • Complete appropriate sections of daily schedule, which includes performing all register functions and cash-related procedures, completing tasks and communicating necessary sign-offs
  • Maintain sales floor as needed to ensure the customer experience meets company standards, including minimizing lines and ensuring appropriate associate coverage of sales floor. 
  • Interact with and assist customers to ensure they have an outstanding store experience.

The Full-time Stock associate is generally required to work 32 to 40 hours per week, but may work more or less depending on the time of year and needs of the business. The Full-time Stock associate may be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, and during the weeks of peak holiday seasons. 

Entry Requirements:

  • Education - High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Retail Experience - No retail experience required. 6 months retail experience preferred.
  • Supervisor / Managerial Experience - No experience required
